Sounds a lot like 70s classic rock; songs are built around piano and electric guitar with a loud rhythm section. Guitar soloing is all over the place, and the vocalist sounds like some weird combination of Bono and Van Morrison. Songs are often bluesy and always mixed loudly, even the ballads. Lots and lots of religious imagery; the band calls themself "soul," and although I haven't listened intently to the lyrics, they sure sound like a Christian rock band to me. Most of the songs go over the top and remind me of Meat Loaf, but as far as I can tell the band is taking itself very seriously. The band's claim to fame is that they have opened for both Coldplay and Snow Patrol before. No FCCs detected.

14- (4:42) Longest song on the album sums up their basic structure: slow start, loud vocals, everybody plays their instruments to create a climax around the same vocals, and there is a little guitar solo.
