(Batmacumba) record spinner). compilation of Black Rio Samba Soul & Funk in Brazil during the 1970's All tracks are pretty good dance numbers
****1: 2:58 fast Portuguese, male vocal & chorus with very cool chang-a-lang funk guitar, with brass & bass+ Brazilian percussion
2: 2:24 more vocal, almost an early 60's pre Motown girl group sound
****3: 3:23 fast fast funk fusion with percussion, keyboards, male chorus harmonizing
***4: 2:31 fast Samba, male vocal, big bass
5: 2:59 fast male vocal to a funky more bossa groove, 10 second fade at end
6: 1:55 very nice female vocal, mid tempo Tropicalia sound, Big bass
***7: 2:35 almost a James Brown soundbed, female vocalists, cool sound, 6 sec fade at end
