Big & EPIC DOOM METAL with psychedelic overtones from Seattle. Similar to Asunder & Graves At Sea and even the heaviest & most tripped out parts of Bardo Pond but also doing a bit of their own thing. Only 4 tracks but they’re doozies. A great blend of the heavy & the real beauty of notes and space between notes. Hugely recommended!
(((((((1)))))))) Nice slow psych intro, forlorn vocals and glacial but very trippy doom tempo with some very cool psych passages.
((((((2)))))) Catchy albeit still doomed as fukk. Good drum sound and lots of moans and screamed out, elongated words/lines “Soooooulllllls……Sooooold” and so on. Gets more bare bones Doom with classic Heavy Metal & Psych elements.
(((((((3)))))))) Big opening riff, LOTS of resonation and spaciousness. Slowly floating out to space with a slow burning tempo & solo. Gets faster & rockin’ @ 7:13 & more psych-wah-wah jams. Trippy!
((((((4)))))) Winding and resonating psych/doom heaviness with a few Iommi-isms on up on the guitar neck & some brief stop/starts. Give this ‘un some time & space to sink in.
