Rootsy Rock
C (1 Star) Review by Ranger Rick 3/1/2010
RiYL: Bob Dylan / Tom Petty
Most songs feature electric rock guitar, simple drums, and bass.
The vocal delivery sounds like he's drugged. There are a couple of songs worth listening to, but overall the album lacks enough substance to stand the test of time.

No FCCs detected
1. ** Fuming rock guitar, straight ahead vocal & solid composition
2. * Slower Rock-a-Billy with violin
3. * Upbeat Rock-a-Billy w/ a (poor imitation of) Tom Petty sound
4. ** upbeat Lead Single w/rockin lead guitar solo
5. * Slow.
6. * Upbeat..If I wanted to hear a chorus of singers, I'd grab 'Still Flyin,' but this is more catchy than others on the album.
7. ** A better slow song than the others here. About hardship.
8. *** Grabs u at the opening, upbeat, w/ catchy hook, rock with pounding bass.
9. ** Slow love song sounds great
10. * shoobeedoowop, no thanks
11. * like a soft Dylan / Petty rock song, but who cares if the "window" is "open" or not?
