Remixes (duh!) of the album of last year’s “In Sea” from the ambient/ethereal artist from a variety of artists from the UK, Denmark, Canada, Australia. Sure, there’s plenty of that but also electronic beats, electro-pop, techno, & even classical sounding tunes and some noise from Thisquietarmy’s contribution.


((((1)))) Very nice & minimal ambient sound.
((2)) High pitch tone/drone eventually becomes more of a full drone that surrounds your ears. Main problem is that it sounds like tinnitus or could worsen your tinnitus.
((((3)))) Chirpy birds, faded vocals, waves of ambience, nice and mellow stuff.
((((4)))) Voice samples, rumbles, more ethereal drones, and gun shot-like “beats then distortion layers. Interesting mix.
((((5)))) Backwards tracking, laid back electronic trip-hop with that drifty guitar thing that everyone’s crazy about.
((((6)))) Reverberating chords (similar to the intro to The Cure’s “Fascination Street” on a loop), moody chords, simple “krk-krk” beats & piano. I like how they put this all together.
(((7))) Down tempo synth-y pop ambient with shimmery guitars and a sputtering of beats.
(((8))) More of the same only high toned guitars and some fey vocals. Remicient of the Durutti Column only not as interesting.
((((9)))) Creepy, slow building drone & machine noise + occasional guitar & ethereal tones. Eventually has some sparse, loud beats.
((((10)))) Minimal but very present guitar chords with a ton of repetition (but the pretty interesting kind).
(11) Dance floor oddness – lame and unnecessary.
((((12)))) Drone, violin, nice faded vocals that’s a very minimalist cover of the old Danzig tune.
13 – this track skips – try in another player and see if there’s any difference.
((((14)))) Another re-working of the Danzig cover with some Spindly, laid back tempo, nice guitar fuzz in the background.
