Solo saxophones of various types -- Ware's first concert since undergoing a life-saving kidney transplant. It's free jazz, maybe not so overpowering as his quartet work, but still full of fire and energy.
1- Saxello: A fleet, darting instrument. Like a lower-register soprano sax? Nice quick work.
2- Stritch (straight alto sax): Another dose of energy, but also includes some calm, monologue-like phases. Really nice.
3- Tenor sax, an apt finale. Rich, throaty, joyous.
