Tender Music on an invented
flute/Reed hybrid instrument. Reminds me of a hybrid of Its different show with Sri and Memory Select, with the occasional track from the soundtrack to Wes Craven's the Nightmare or Sun Ra. Great stuff, beautiful acoustic harmonies, chords, reeds, structures, atmospheres.
1- Big reverberating sprawling fluttering acoustic sunrise composition. gorgeous.
2- Deeper warmer, rising acoustics, triumphant brass, like a rising phoenix
3- sparser, a lone wolf howling at sunrise
4- eerie ambience, swirling harmonies, post-mortem chorus
5- return to vaguely eastern music, sadder
6- thick oppresive nightmarescape, fantastical choral swells, tour de force
7- 17 minutes of delicate twangy saxophone(?) soul searching over swells. yeah. explodes into reich.glass style triplet patterns in the middle. yeah! the chronicles track.
8- big bowed something & bells & clicking, another well done eerie landscape
