all kinds of nick drakery/forlorno-pop/indie
lone wolf is paul marshall.
this was recorded in various locations throughout sweden (some of which they snuck in to!). songs are samey. it's nice.
FCC WARNING: 2 ='FUCKING.'
SUGGESTIONS: 1, 3, 5, 6, 9,
*1. processed vox opens sadly. sounds like it's coming through an old radio. horns and orchestration. beatlesque.
2. FCC WARNING=' FUCKED': folk-country strummy stuff. a very poppy nick drake. breathy vox. back and forth bash&pop to end.
*3. chambery sound, and a little too forelorn. horns kick in. (cheeze! BUT SUCH A LOVELY, STINKY CHEEZE!)
4. nick drake gits haunting this. cyclical. crescendo near end.
*5. folky sad indie pop.
6. BEST TRACK: piano!
7. starts strummy like the rest. orch comes in. ...
8. marching beat to go w/the theme! odd rhythms to end this mostly melodic, sad pop piece.
* 9. ALMOST BEST TRACK:dreamy stuff. could be a ricky nelson song. simple chord crooning. whistling comes in for the end.
10. piano! but now there's singing. and it's cheeze.
