Wild and eclectic DIY rock music from Portugal. Lots of fuzz guitars, quick drums and tambourine. The fourth release from the goofy fledgling label Shit Music for Shit People.
RIYL: Brazilian Girls, a less electronic-sounding better-looking CSS with sharper lyrics and instrumentation.
ALL TRACKS ARE FCC CLEAN
1. Upbeat scratchy rock with lots of country elements. Lyrics revolve around lots of soul-stealing, pain, and open-endings.
*2. Smashing-good rock with lots of catchy hooks. Great dueling male/female vocals. Hard driving drums, acoustic strumming, and keyboard punctuated by harsh tides of electric powerchords.
*3. Great mid-tempo pop song with an old school British post-punk feel to it. Sounds like it belongs on one of those Messthetics Compilations. Sung in Portuguese.
*4. Loud indie rock with great female vocals and a jivey guitars.
