Noise rock defined. KZSU faves really know how to dole out the headaches, apartment evictions, weakling weedouts with their balls out head smashed against the wall form of intense noise rock that really sets the standard. Guitar bass drums, understated crazed vocals. Fucked up shit that makes the Bunnybrains seem like normal fratboys, Culturcide like American Idols winners. Up there with Ruins, Merzbow, this stuff is usually made by Japanese weirdos looking for hari kari, sepeku. This is a CD-r made by them specially for KZSU of self titled vinyl they released in 2006. Play any track, weirdness defined.
1) driving simple screamo fuckedupness
2) a tad swingier in the beat, if plodding
3) slightly more musical with a guitar hook, bashout still
4) actually has a nice beat you can dance to, Dick (Clark)
5) dischordant guitar lick/hook, slower and disjunct
6) driving, bash out smash out clear the room stuff for sure, Brick are you listening?
7) plodding noise rock, bashing repetitive
8) disjunct (mathy? Naw…), cool
9) bashing, at some points a regular beat seems to be coming through, but nope, just a mess
10) cool chords/riff, seemingly loops, plodding, crashing, lots of vocs joining in the fray, heavy
