Jazz-rock fusion, avant quartet: Mike Watt, Nels Cline, Yjka Honda & Dougie Bowne. Strutty, noisy, jammy, psychedelic, arty, fantastic. No FCCs.
>1.< (9:53) Instrumental. Opens with static, then avant guitar noise, then psychedelic blazed groove. Also noodly and proggy. Abrupt end.
>>2.<< (9:44) Eerie glockenspiel over noise, About 2min in psychy guitar, drums, vocals, melody appear. A fixated, ranting, gravelly, smoke-stained Nick Cave jamming with the Bad Seeds and a jazz organist.
3. (3:57) Poppy instrumental. Bouncy and upbeat, predominant organ. Like the instrumental of a 60s indie pop song. Quite accessible.
4. (19:21) Jazzy upright bass. Wedge alert. Slow and mysterious / weepy / dreamy. Hollow and trippy.
