(CLEAN) Pete Rock & Smif N Wessun – That’s Hard f. Sean Price & Styles P - Duck Down Records: There is not much more to say other than the vocal scratches towards the end of the track: ‘Good ol’ New York Rap…’ Lyrics… no disappointment here: Example: “I remember when the bars was hard/ Now rap cats play guitars/ Singing songs for broads…” From Styles P detail of how religion and Five Percent philosophy wasn’t enough to deter his street life and outlook on spiritual retribution to Sean P’s gun play lyrics this track is complete. Pete Rock lays down a serious head nodder with some strong violin samples. Solid all the way around. – M-SMOOTH
