A heaping platter of channeled/PSI influenced music. Wyld Wyzrd is sublime goodness for those of us who want to get out there...far, far out there. New Agey spaced-out stuff that is beautiful enough to use as a WTF soundbed for a punk show, or just play a whole side and ride the waves of the imaginal!-if you are a more calm humanzee. Plus it's vinyl (marbled-colored vinyl) and you should be happy to tap into the deep radio ancestor reservoir by giving this disc a whirl!
Side A
One track - Ocean Winds - played it while cooking up some homemade clam chowdah. Then drank some wine and talked to my dog about life. Yep. There is a nice 'bump Bump' bass line giving the piece a touch of forward movement. Electronic waves crashing ashore. Some aquatic life making calls/whistles, beckoning you hither.
Side B
Forest Light - GRAB YOUR GANZFELD GOGGLES, G! See the Yeti's radiance shine forth. So mote it be.
Dragon's Garden - slight percussion undertones help to keep this one from floating away. Some thematic variations on the organ give texture to an otherwise vibed-out mind. Fades out to some bird chirps and cricket noises.
