Former Rolling Stones bassist for over 30 years, Wyman has fronted The Rhythm Kings now for more than 15 years. Part of a box set (#1 of 5) which features many styles including rock, blues, jazz, r’n’b, etc. About half originals, half covers with guests including Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Mick Taylor, George Harrison, Georgie Fame, Peter Frampton, etc. Strong stuff throughout. No FCC’s.

2. (3:14) Mid. Upbeat R’n’B strut.
3. (4:54) Slow / Mid. Stones cover, Clapton on guitar. Swirling organ, backing vocs.
4. *(3:45) Mid. Upbeat jazzy funk with horns.
5. (3:21) Slow. Smoky, jazzy, female vocal lead.
6. *(3:25) Mid. Classic Willie Mabon song. Strong organ, strong vocal.
7. *(2:57) Fast. Willie Dixon classic. Upbeat, wailing. Killer all around.
8. *(3:36) Mid. Easy jazzy blues, killer Wyman bass, piano, guitar.
9. *(3:12) Mid. Upbeat bluesy jitterbug. Horns, guitar, piano shine.
10. (3:56) Mid. Old jazz styling, plodding and nice.
11. *(4:05) Mid. Channeling some Mose Allison, killer piano, horns, vocal.
