The Kills -- The Last Goodbye -- (Red Meat Heart)

This EP follows up the rock duo's full-length album, "Blood Pressures." The album contains the single "The Last Goodbye," and covers from Velvet Underground, Marilyn Monroe, and Patsy Cline. Rock and roll, with raw guitar and haunting female vox. Each track is great and in a different mood. Play them all! No FCCs

1. (3:40) -- Slow piano ballad with strings. Pretty, clear, simple. Rainy day, looking out the window track. Play it!
2. (5:44) -- Mid-slow. Slightly sloppy and gritty Velvet Underground cover. Steady bass, muddy guitar. Also good!
3. (2:14) -- Slow, acoustic. A western vibe -- but in a Kill Bill way. Ominous and foreboding.
4. (2:31) -- Slow, acoustic. Great subtle, dark Patsy Cline cover. Just acoustic and beautiful female vox.
