Post rock, for want of a better word: Instrumental guitar bass and drums, played with tasteful echoey effects and shifting dynamics. Big sounding drums (Steve Albini’esque) and super high quality guitar through banks of great echo. Fans of Do Make Say Think, Godspeed You Black Emperor. Great stuff, really high end. All instrumental and epic sounding.

1) (6:14) big bass heavy, rumbling pensive, atmospheric guitarisms, cool
2) (2:01) atmospheric, no drums, droney and ambient interlude of sorts
3) (4:29) head nodding, big picked bass and twangy/surfy guitar, near rockin
4) (12:16) epic jam, really good playing, starts off quiet, more than halfway drums kick in, soaring picked guitar, loveliness
5) (2:39) ambient interlude, with bells and pump organ/harmonium, hypnotic
6) (7:30) big epic drums, very Albini, soaring guitar, big dramatic melody/chord changes toward end
7) (5:51) tom tom beats, chiming guitars
8) (3:53) cinematic with appearance of melodeon (?), big waltzing feel
9) (12:20) ambient for first good 5 minutes, then epic slow meander, with vibes, gets louder near end but no explosions
