Garage punk
Coiled up, minimal, aggressive, one-chord music by this Austin, TX band. Perfect for a mosh pit in a garage full of rusty nails. Really, really cool.
“Spock Fingers”—FCC (“s***”). PLAY THIS (during safe harbor). Fast, wiry, hypnotically repetitive. Starts sparely, then rips into punk annihilation.
“Pink Pus”—(FCCs? Really can’t tell.) Punishing, heavy, bluesy, rhythmic push and pull. Think Swans.
