New Familiar, The

“Indie rock”, understated if whispered boy/girl vocals give a dreamy element, guitar bass drums, some piano in there. Pretty stuff with elements of Belle and Sebastian (but not twee). Luna comes to mind as well as Mohave 3, other 4AD indie rock projects. Songs are kept pretty and subdued with a searing rock guitar pushing through here and there. Good stuff.
