Psych faves are back with all the hazy guitar and organ tones of before, with their increasingly summery/dancy tones coming out a bit more here. Harmonies, drum machines, grooves, solos; they’re all here. 1 (4:56) Ringing, driving, finger-snapping piece. Brings to mind the feelings that fast cars and hot asphalt should stir in anybody raised in the Rust Belt *2 (4:45) Echoey 80s spooky synth rhythm section meshes perfectly with screeching guitars and harmonous vox 3 (3:46) Upbeat, tambourinish percussion, this one’s a daytime, even morning piece *4 (4:11) Fuck yeah, choppy, warbling, driving on all fronts.
