High energy, lo-fi noise poppy punky stuff from Kansas City. "Party punk," as per the internet. Arty, but with a big summery backyard/basement/cheap beer/cigarettes vibe going on. Vox occasionally unintelligible; experimental synth and guitar sounds add flavor behind straightforward garage instrumentation and tempos. Watch for quiet intros and outros if you're playing in the middle of a loud set; might be good to cue these ones. Lots of good choices depending on what you're looking for. No FCCs detected.
RIYL: FIDLAR, Ramones, The Buzzcocks, UV Race
*1 (2:49) "Party City, USA" summer party anthem, pounding drums, police siren samples, hints of synths
2 (1:59) ~7s quiet intro, crunching loud guitars, slightly darker, fem or falsetto backing vox
3 (2:38) Fades in from ending guitar swirls of 2; synthy intro gives way to chugging drums/guitars
4 (2:47) ~20s warbling intro, drums kick in, fem vox a bit reminiscent of Kim Gordon, fem call/male response, ~30s howling outro
5 (2:53) Synths, drums, guitar effects lead this one, reverbed vox
*6 (2:04) ~17s warbling intro; slamdancing music, m+f half-intelligible vox
*7 (0:59) Uptempo drum fade in, punky guitars, yelled fem vox about boys in the girlsroom
*8 (4:50) ~1:20 quiet noise intro that picks up as noisy guitar; midtempo, fuzzy, catchy, with a nice building bassline running through, ~20s quiet outro
9 (1:41) ~20s fade in; not very musical, loud electronic noises, a few random words said out loud, might be an inside joke
