American fingerstyle acoustic guitar instrumentals, plucked and bent, and a couple tracks fill out with fiddle, banjo. This release channels mid-career Fahey-guitar in all his repressed precision, with some tracks showing influences of Fahey’s protégés. Great contemplative (raga-like, if only there were longer), with the debts to Americana folk & blues that come with the genre.

+1. Lots of slide gives it bent slow/western feel. Picks up after the 1st third.
+2. More upbeat plucking & strumming. Sounds like a couple guitars though know it is but one. No slide/bends.
3. Mid-slow stately dance with scratchy fiddle
+4.Warm upbeat, more in line with Koettke or Lang
5.Banjo? Harmonics, more monophonic plucking gives schoolyard feel
+6.slower guitar with low string plucked as drone, and a background whispering watering. Contemplative 1st half, uptempo 2nd fades to distance at end
+7.Down home guitar, fiddle & banjo. Square dance to it
+8.Peachy guitar, mid-fast. Another one whose warmth reminiscent of Lang
+9.Slow (despite some fast strumming) stately, buzzy! Minimalism of Basho.
