Mystic Hits

Local psych pop with some very big influences from Os Mutantes/tropicalia music, Brian Wilson, and Elephant 6. vocal harmonies, disjointed but saccharine songs, experimental effects. Many many layers of sounds; "astro-pop" and "lysergic pop" (from their Bandcamp) both describe them well. The band consists of Will Halsey (drummer for Ash Reiter) who sings most of the time and Ash Reiter, plus a ton of guest musicians.
