A CD that starts off hinting at doom metal quickly reveals its industrial/goth tendencies. Big dark beats, some even electronic, sinister guitars and vocals. High drama, acoustic guitars a la Death In June, Current 93, fierce spoken word in parts. Great stuff. Skinny Puppy crossed with Kiss It Goodbye. Heavy as shit, dark and weird too.

1) (8:15) noise loop with morose bass melody, sinister vocals, after 2 minutes searing blowtorch guitar, vocs/chanted background vocals, plodding death doom
2) (2:40) galloping rockin evi
3) (6:57) begins with quiet heartbeat looped sound, then dark epic guitar riff and near-tribal industrial rhythmic spookiness ensues
4) (4:03) Death in June acoustic guitar composition, the goth starts to creep into the foregroun
5) (6:06) the dark industrial monster comes out of the closet, brandishing an eviscerated dead skinny puppy
6) (4:03) slow, sparse dramatic death spiral, march, high drama
7) FCCs
8) (9:41) starts very quiet, then a good noise followed quickly by industrial sampled beat, old Laibach springs to mind somehow, near the end fierce spoken enters (no fcc’s detected…)
