Vermillion Father

Cassette only release of experimentations in ambient tape loops, guitar. Really lovely stuff and you can hear what cassette tape adds to the quality (or lack thereof, its not really a “low fi” element as a simple sound, lack of high dynamics). Two tracks, sides A and B. For more description read below:

1) (21:47) begins with a loud sample, very incongruent, then immediately rests amongst a field of quiet low-fi, meditative minimalism, after ~5 min guitars become more pronounced, looping, die after ~9 min, replaced with a very quiet soothing synth followed by meditative guitar, ~18 min a shift to a serene guitar balm

2) (21:14) begins with field/found sound recording, then immediately some pretty guitar, rhythmic very nice, ~6 min a harsh disjunct occurs that could be a place to pot down, end, followed by another sublime piece that fades out cold at ~12 min (another place to end?), another looping piece fades in, Frippian, fades toward end into echodrone, ends w/ field sound (bookend)
