On the production Da Beatminerz lay down some slow tempo boom bap drums and incorporate “The Red Hot Chilli Peppers – Under The Bridge” for the hook. If someone told me that was used I would initially think pop or just plain corny but it works and it still has a raw underground feel. On this joint Apathy sheds light on the darker side of Connecticut painting a picture of crime and drugs and their effects on the lesser known side of Connecticut’s urban landscape.
