Both tracks by New York based composer Cenk Egun. Minimalist avant-garde experimental sounds – Just what the KZSU Doctor ordered.
Both definitely worth playing:
1) If time is against you, still play a section of this, lots of opportunities to fade out.
2) Cello drone making uncomfortable heaven. Play all 32mins or any part of.

No FCC’s (Instrumentals)

1) So Percussion - Proximity (25.08) Like the tiny patter of feet driving into your skull. Stark sounds creating an intense yet very mellow atmosphere. Break at 3.54 if time is short. A mellow revolt of jingles & jangles – bells, cymbals, glockenspiels & maybe even a few milk bottles. Gets going in & out with the subtle drone. At 11.00 an all round more desolate clatter begins. The austere mood continues with waves of synths behind the bells. More doom laden & energetic (without the bells) for the last 5 mins.
2) Joan Jeanrenaud – Cello Peace (32.38) A smoldering beauty – Droney cello plucking introduction. After 4 mins the more traditional cello playing begins in earnest. Even better after 10 mins. Slow & severe. An elaborate gothic masterpiece.
