Stalwart band (began as Dead Elvis in '94, got a cease and desist) has focused on dreamy krautrock, psyche in the past and continues their flirtation with minimal techno, electronica here. Lovely stuff, very hypnotic, no undst undst "beats", nothing really takes off fully, though theres an urgency in a few like that of Suicide. More like Tomita or Tangerine Dream had they had a sequencer. Great stuff for fans of electronica and electronic/experimental music alike (see also their contribution to the Lost in Translation soundtrack - magnificent!). Did I mention all tracks are hypnotic?

1) (11:34) verrry quiet near inaudible noise intro, experimental balmy synth noise til midway becomes synth rhythmic blippy 2)* (6:34) rhythmic hypnotic with submerged female vocals, lovely dreamy stuff 3) (5:31) more urgent nearing techno feel 4*) (5:37) strangely medlodic, musical, whispery fem vocs 5) (4:40) really cool synth melodies, pretty and hypnotic 6) (6:36) this has a disjunct but urgent beat to it 7)* (4:15) urgent and weird, like a stripped down female Suicide 8)* (6:13) beautiful, with a cool noisey flange/phase sound and a nice subtle beat, ends cold 9) (8:06) urgent upbeat electronica, rhythmic and as close to a dance track as it gets 10) (7:21) begins with a quiet mellow drone, midway becomes more defined, but all in all this is the most Minimum Entropy track, stripped down
