Kaleidoscopic chillwave. Drowned-out drowsy vox, atmospherics, guitar washes, krautrock rhythms. Highly recommend listening to this front-to-back if you’d like to dissolve into a mystical mindscape. RIYL Stereolab 'Dots and Loops', Toro y Moi, UMO. No FCCs. 1. (1:40) ** Ion—Airy ringing synths, lo-fi noise, Edenic, sets the tone for the record really nicely 2. (3:40) ** Riddles of the Sphinx—Glowing, swaying, psychey, krauty jam 3. (4:59) **** Feedback Delicates—Classic ‘60s psych/Stereolab invites a jazzy BadBadNotGood-style breakdown, loads of dreamy effects, phenomenal 4. (3:08) L’Quasar—Upbeat, shuffled drums, hazy psychedelic chillwave 5. (3:56) Celestial Gold—Dreamy bladerunner, drum machine, twinkling synths, some sections with bass and more hectic synths 6. (4:24) ** Evol—Frenetic, jittery post-punk, stand out bass, soft ambient outro 7. (3:41) ** Voidless—Tribal beats and instrumentation, guitar distortion, group vocals, colorful primal Animal Collective feel 8.
