Different Sun

Pink Floyd T Rex, Ty Segal and Wooden Shjips all come to mind with this primo psych infused rock from Norway. Recorded during a hurricane’s aftermath, its kinda mellow and trippy all the way despite heavy guitar, bass drums, Hammond and understated male vocs. Great stuff!!

1)* (5:05) mid paced groovy feel with fuzzy guitar lead midway that suddenly shifts into a more proggy feel 2)* (6:12) begins quiet, picks up sexy tribal beat w subtle tamboura drone, psych, understated male vocs appear, trippy slide guitar smacks of early pink Floyd 3) (5:22) turns to full on T Rex pop but ends Pink Floyd 4) (4:14) upbeat epic rock 5) (7:43) big soaring epic with slide guitar, cool beats 6) (3:58) almost a psych disco tone. 7) (6:08) starts straight out of Pink Floyds Echoes, Wish You Were Here, slow mindful and trippy dippy for sure, instrumental
