Review: leader of one of the great 60s bands, The Fish, returns with another stellar set of tunes that speak directly to our world today. The psychedelic edge is still there. Joe hasn't stopped protesting, whether against war, orcas in captivity, or love gone bad. It is also a celebration of the passage of time.
