Review: Local bassist Denson devotes an entire album to his vocals, covering a mixed bag of composers, in addition to several of his own songs. He has a distinctive voice with an element of vulnerability and his original material has an inventiveness and flexibility. Denson's original songs give more of a spotlight to the full band. His band is versatile & creative. Often the vocal integrates as an additional instrument or rides over the top.
