Your Imaginary Friend Reviewed 2018-09-19 | ||
Decidedly soothing chill experimental. Use of mellow synth layers, organic subtle percussion (bells, rattles). Think side B of Brian Eno’s epic Music For Airports. For people who like to astralproject or take Quaaludes at the planetarium. All tracks are 6 min (!) 1) chiming peacefulness. 2) synth “horn” layered harmonized slowly a la side B of music for airports 3) vocation - chiming tones with chill organic percussive sounds 4) slow horn synth with mindful bell and watery sounds 5) zeal - more bells and quiet percussion, soft synth tones continue 6) airy wave type white noise with minimal near-guitar tones, percussion. 7)* grace- pretty with tinkling and percussion, quite pleasant 8) miracle -string synth tones, random percussion, hypnotic 9-10) similar elements of all the above, no surprises |
