Smif-N-Wessun - Epic Records: [82 BPM] This takes me right back to Wreck Records and The Duck Down crew days when they were leaning hard on those Isaac Hays samples. Rick Ross known for both undergound and commercial success captures some mid 90’s sounding magic with the sample loop of “Earth Wind and Fire’s – Can’t Hide Love” He let’s the loop ride, adds some head noddin drums and that is it. It is simplistic and brilliant at the same time. Not much more to say… you will be hooked within the first few bars. – M-SMOOTH | ||
