EP by Burlington, Vermont based cellist and composer Zoë Keating, who creatively layers the sound of her cello to create a more orchestral sound. It's a unique approach that she uses effectively to make music that is varied and evolving, from subtle to powerful.

No FCCs.
Recommended tracks: 1, 3

1)* (4:56) Softly bowed single cello, joined by another, and then an interesting structure of plucked notes, later joined by a nice melody. Pleasant and welcoming.
2) (3:52) Faint almost flute sounding notes, then more prominently bowed notes add to atmosphere. Dreamlike.
3)* (5:19) Softly bowed single cello, rumbling, other cellos join, emphasized rhythmic pattern
4) (3:17) Soft bells, single cello, other layers build up
