Best band you never heard of. Unfucking believable: Harkening back to 1967, this Swede combo toured with Hendrix, were part of the burgeoning psychedelic scene that WAS that scene. This is a NEW release by these guys proving that things improve with age. Lumerians, Carlton Melton, Wooden Shijps and all your fave new psych bands could only hope that they can sound this bad ass good and trippy as fuck. I found myself “starring” every track, but yeah, play any. All instrumental besides some vocalizations, guitar bass and drums and some old school analog synth type treatments here and there. Searing.
1)* (2:41) upbeat riffy right on rockin 2)* (6:37) whoa, starts mathy and proggy then it shows Pink Floyd how to do it right (and early Police, if you get my reference with the brief vocalizations) 3)* (3:17) super cool beat that goes funny double time real fast almost comical, then back, it makes sense 4)* (5:17) cool mathy bass line and beat, and then the greatest weird volume pedal driven psych guitar appears, good lord this is good 5)* (3:17) good rockin driving feel and searing guitar riffs 6)* (7:32) titled “Kraftverk”, this has a good heavy synth dose and I can see the dedication, vocalizations appear, very brief, the whole thing has a very searing trippy overall tone without a big beat ever coming out 7) (6:36) vocalizations appear again as this builds in an epic fashion
