Tokyo ambient/slowcore quartet. No drums or beats, just guitar textures topped by lonesome vocals, all gentle melodic drift. Pensive, impressionistic lyrics. Subtle and very pretty. RIYL Hammock, Mazzy Star, Cocteau Twins when quiet, Acetone, Cigarettes After Sex, Aix Em Klemm, Bedhead. All songs are slow. Favorites: 1, 2. No FCCs.
1. *(7:17)—Optimistic-sounding. Graceful, Bedhead-like guitar and bass counterpoint (really reminds me of “Exhume”). Lyrics in Japanese. Long outro.
2. *(4:50)–Deep and warm. Lovely arc, soaring upward and returning down gracefully. Lyrics in Japanese.
3. (5:26)—Slow piano that gradually fades into the guitar backdrop. Film soundtrack post-rock feel. Lyrics in English.
