If Humongus from Road Warrior fronted a death metal band this is what you’d get. Fucking sick pummeling shit but surprising in its strange near playfulness, with whistling and a cymbal that I would bank is a pie tin. Songs are multifaceted, with character. 1)* (9:08) after brief dark intro blackness appear with full satanic force, demon vocals, bizarre juxtaposition with whistling and nice vocals at one point, whoa 2) (2:03) dark atmospheric interlude, sound of breathing, like torturous, an evil spoken voiceover reminds me of Humongus 3) (6:13) kooky crazy stuff with vocals and themes all over, I love the pie tin cymbal sound (wtff?) 4)* (12:01) very quiet atmospheric drone for 2 min, then a good solid rockin ensues, then a minute later Humongus appears in blackness, after 9 minutes it returns to the quiet atmospherics away to a veeery quiet fade out | ||
