– General Description: A mixture of stories and poems from the OBERIU (a group of Russian writers and artists in Leningrad in the 1930s) and it’s strange. Unfortunately, most of these tracks abruptly cut off at their ends because they are not really meant to be stand-alone pieces. It’s a spirited absurdist opera with a certain amount of violent sexual imagery in the lyrics and occasional swearing. Tracks 33–34 are safe to play to get a feel for this work.
