This sounds exactly like a cross between Lightning Bolt and Ty Segal would sound like because that’s exactly what it is. Perfect, melding the out of control noise onslaught fuzz synth organs and beats of LB with a certain noise pop of TS making it more palatable. You know how pure chocolate is so delectable, but you can only eat so much? That’s LB. You know how good peanut butter tastes off your index finger at 3am when you wake up with munchies? That’s TS. Wasted is the perfect reesycup. 1) (3:05) upbeat driving surprise, insane noise 2)* (3:48) familiar segal sound to this dominates 3) (3:10) bizarre near doom vocs, still driving 4)* (5:57) Darker tone less textbook driving 5) (2:07) Super crunchy killer 6) (2:30) crazed with crazed noise leads 7) (0:59) brief with fucked up samples treated 8) (3:19) cool snazzy drum beat starts, kooky instrumental 9)* (7:14) slow plodding drum beat and bass and ultra pinched fuzz, midway it lights into a bizzarre chugging then total madness, ends dark and “sparse”. | ||
