ALT COUNTRY SINGER-SONGWRITER The first full-length album from newcomer Kate Mills features good singing and personal; interesting, reflective lyrics. Most songs are written by the artist. A good band includes electric guitar, steel, bass, drums. RIYL Brandi Carlile, Kasey Musgraves, Dixie Chicks No FCC issues 1 ** Mid-fast. Bright & lively but slightly sad. Nice singing.
