Full tilt stoner psych garage rock with messed up 70’s prog elements. From Finland (Svart Records). Unlike usual suspects (Nebula, Fu Manchu) they dont rely on the one trick sabbath thing. When they dip into the 70’s it’s not so much Black Sabbath as it Yes, King Crimson (Is it okay to utter the band Yes in college radio yet?), the undeniably bad assed elements of the heaviest Close to the Edge or Fragile Yes, the weirdest Red crimson. But aside from the dipping, this shit soars, sears, scathes. Dont miss.

1)* (5:25) full throttle garage psych blast, with a 70’s flare bridge (think...Yes?) overlaps into next, play together: 2)* (5:43) begins with acoustic guitar feel, Casio drum beat(?), launches into a frenzy after ~1:45 3) (5:47) “sensitive” intro foreshadows a peppy bouncy Partridge Family on heavy hallucinogens feel. 4) (5:55) western gallop to the beat, tone 5) (7:07) moody, starts dark gothy, rip roars, then swaggers, whole enchilada song. 6) (6:20) bizzarre stoner meets prog returns full force 7)* (7:14) has a distinct “stoner rock” them, but alas another whole enchilada song crazy good, killer moog outtro.
