Like its title, DNWMIBIY is both long and whimsical. It contains a poe-purri of styles including Copeland-esq country hoe-down, trip-hop and shoegaze with Adrianne Lenker's warbally, laconic vocals backed by relatively spare instrumentation being the common factor in them (and perhaps the low-fi, Alan Lomax recording style). Ditto for the subject matter which includes vape pens, wild hairdos, potatoes and the damage we are doing to planet Earth. Looking for something playful and a bit zany to play on your indie/Americana show, give 'Dragon a spin.
