FUNK! Lee has a rough and rugged funk sound with a definite James Brown influence. This is one of the few records put out by the briefly existant Desco label, a label that in the late 90's taught us what the word funk used to mean. All tracks get the highest recomendation. 1. *Spoken intro 2. *Choppy groovy uptempo funk 3. **Uptempo, brilliant. 4. *Nice soul 9. *powerful funk groover 10. *Funky soul ballad 11. **Powerful blues funk instrumental in the spirit of the best stuff from Ike Turner and the Kings of Rhythm.
