New-wavey sounding neo-punk band with obvious echoes of New Order and The Cure. Most of the songs are thoughtful, dealing with love and self-introspection. They’re mostly great songs, though some of them are too derivative. My picks:
2. Stuttering guitars and drums and synth sounds.
3. Late seventies punk feel with heavy bass.
4. Slow, droning bass and guitar loops with Cure-like vocals.
7. frantic guitars and drums with sudden, but subtle mood shifts.
9. neat hazy sounding synth with a cool organ in the back ground. Probably the best pick here.
