Quintessential fake-jazz jammy indie rock, and absolutely charming. Adam Pierce (of The Dylan Group) is an anagram for Mice Parade and is the group's creative lead. This album is an afterthought on Mokoondi (2001), with live tracks and new extensions of old songs, plus some completely original material. Again
features the cheng, a Chinese koto, for eastern flavor. Also features Doug Scharin on drums (of HIM, June of 44, Rex), who joins Adam Pierce for some really bitchin jazz drumming. – nari
