Folky rock, Canadian introspection. M voice recorded close to the mic, some f does harmonizing. Changes in time signature.
+1.brief music box intro. ¾ time, acoustic guitar some horns
2.piano based, fem back vox, a little plodding
3.bigger sounding, I bet godspeed you black emporer fans will dig this
+4.a little musical saw and accordian win me over, more upbeat, m&f vox
+5.basic synth sounds & simple drum machine, zone-out song
+6.one clear "shit" at -1:51. small string section and feedback noise add to nice pop
+7.finally they peel away the reverb, may not deserve the "+" but nice to hear less effects
8.quiet, slow
9.storm noises, dark start lightens a little as it fills out.
