DOWN-TEMPO PUNK/ROCK

Excellent Album. Minimalistic slow beats, soft jazz-style drumming (often cymbals-only), great electric bass that ressembles Pearl Jam in their slow songs, subdued singing or whispering, brilliant inclusion of wind instruments (trumpet) with heavy effects, a lot of delay and reverb on non-distorted guitar, retro (80ies) synths.

Fred's picks: 4 (brilliant), 6, 9

01 - 04:15 - Rythmic Synths, cymbals, whispered singing (as on all other songs)
02 - 03:50 snare, kick, synth, bass
03 - 03:48 cymbals, guitar
04 - 03:52 bass, guitar, cymbals, heavily processed trumpet (beautiful)
05 - 05:36 heavily delayed bass, kick, cymbals, synths
06 - 03:15 bass, snare, synths
07 - 03:37 heavily delayed guitar, bass, synth, snare, cymbals
08 - 05:08 same
09 - 05:05 great jazz-style drum part, delayed guitar
