Even-numbered tracks are psychedelic jams, with Maneri adding effects that make his viola sound like a guitar! and with Craig Taborn doing cool electric piano, and Joe McPhee on sax. Great quintet work on these.
Odd-numbered tracks are solo improvs by each band member.
*- Solo viola. Great atmosphere but very quiet, consisting of sparse squeaks.
*- Slow jam, reminiscent of Talk Talk's last two albums
*- Solo piano, starts slow, gets fast and tangly
- Slow and eerie
- Solo bass (William Parker)
*- Big crashing jam, even gets rhythmic and funky near the end
- Solo percussion; ghostly rattling
- A slow tumbling chaos
- Solo sax, hauntingly slow and flute-like
