a beautiful, soothing, slow-core album that makes you feel like drinking warm tea while watching the sunset. quiet reflection through near-whispered vocals. think bedhead, low, sigur ros in terms of pacing. i liked #1, #2, #5, #8. 1 - really pretty piano line 2 - quiet, soft, and sleepy 3 - mellow, atmospheric, and a bit jazzy 4 - twinkly instrumental 5 - lots of sad jazzy horns with nice vocals 6 - pretty standard slow-core stuff 7 - more twinkly instrumental 8 - this one's got everything: horns, vocals, piano, ... | ||
