need to slow things down? this album’s for you. seems like everyone’s going downtempo these days but this norwegian group manages to keep things interesting. #2 is so cool simply because it’s so unexpected. other cool tracks: #3, #6, #10, #12.

1. what might happen if dj shadow worked with funk instead of hip-hop.
2. new order cover. but hey, it:s not what you think! all acoustic and so pretty!
3. bjork-like fem vocals and tricky-like male spoken vocals.
4. the super-high vocals got a bit annoying but otherwise, cute and sweet.
5. hi, i am a reggae/dub track! sultry fem vocals.
6. acoustic guitars on a downtempo track?! cool!
7. like a funk jam session.
8. moody, reminiscent of massive attack. definitely a rainy day track.
9. jazzy and sad. spoken male vocals.
10. interesting melody and so melancholy. that means i must love it.
11. slow slow slow but nice. spoken fem vocals repeating the same phrase.
12. sleepy and beautiful. for some reason, that sample really creeps me out.
